A staunch believer in hands-on and personal involvement in all the company’s projects, he is known to visit each site regularly, keeping a close eye on quality and commitment to delivery timelines.

Shri Atul N Patel

Chairman Managing Director

Shri Delwadia’s son, who holds a Graduate degree in Science, has to his credit more than twenty years of development and construction experience. He currently oversees the Purchase, Finance, Accounts, as well as the Legal aspects of the group.

Aakash Patel

Director

Shri Atul N Patel’s son and grandson of Shri Nathalal B Delwadia holds a master’s degree in Business Management. He ably handles all the Marketing, Sales and Administrative functions of the group.

Aayush Patel

Director

Shri Atul N Patel’s younger son and grandson of Shri Nathalal B Delwadia holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from CASS University, London. He has recently become actively involved in the functioning of the group.
