What are your feelings on receiving this honor? Who would you like to dedicate this recognition to?
Ans. It is an honor to get the Mid-day Real Estate Icon award, especially handed over by our chief minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis. I would like to dedicate this to the whole team at Atul Projects for their effort and drive.
What are your thoughts on mid-day’s initiative in starting these honors? Would you be using it in your brand promotion?
Ans. It’s a great initiative started by mid-day, There are few platforms where the good efforts and achievements of a developer are recognized, and this is one of them. Hope mid-day decide to continue this in the coming years as well.
What would you say is the USP of your construction that has won you this prestigious honor?
Ans. the USP is simple really, Using good monitoring systems along with the latest advances in construction technology mixed with the best available quality in materials will always give the best results.
As a residential destination, how would you look at Western Mumbai?
Ans. Western Mumbai or the suburbs is the heart of this city, especially in terms of residences and housing. It’s growing faster and stronger than ever with lots of focus not only in housing people but also recreational spaces, entertainment etc. All of this just adds to the fast-paced life in western Mumbai. So, to sum up, as a residential destination, Western Mumbai has always been the heart for housing and going ahead that is not going to change. In every major city, the suburbs are a key part and that’s no different in Mumbai
As a developer, what have been the challenges/achievements in maintaining the quality of construction?
Ans. An important aspect is always going to be maintaining quality. There are always hurdles which occur daily on a particular project. From the time of groundbreaking to last flat handover quality must be monitored along all the steps. Increasing costs somewhat can be a factor but in the long run, good quality with timely handover is best.
What has been the vision and mission of your company? Do you feel that there is more scope for improvement vis-a-vis construction quality?
Ans. To be one of India’s best developer, it’s the shared vision of everyone here at Atul Projects. The mission is to look after the customer to give them the best for their Hard-earned buck.
What has been your success mantra?
Ans. Success mantra can come to the basics, Best in class quality along with timely delivery.We focus only on giving our customers before or on time the houses they have booked and in the long run that has benefited us.
